I questioned this note because of the fact that it was only FOUR months before Michael announced his comeback and what subsequently happened after. Im not sure I was prepared for this. Its brilliantly outlined here....... The Ten of Swords foretells misfortune in the situation. There may be much sadness regarding questions. Most of the pain that is associated will be mental rather than physical. Things will not go smoothly in dealings with others because of obstacles or adverse conditions, hardships or disputes, and he may quit, be demoted or dismissed. The family will be more in focus than usual, and conditions all around won't be at their best. Fear poverty or ruin and want to find a way out of an impossible dilemma. Don't give up on yourself or another or consider the situation hopeless. This really rather gives the impression that Michael was aware of ruin in the past and likely had quite a few thoughts going on in his mind. This is one of Michaels ' cry for help' when everything may have seemed overwhelming for him - he would write notes like this to get the love and comfort from his fans because he needed some bolstering. But its just interesting that although it shows you the worst is over on this card - it still stays in a kind of victim mentality so I wonder how positive he really felt about a comback. He must have been thinking about it at the time. Fresh hope does come with this card after dark times which would have been the case with the tour being announced just four months later - but theres not a really convincing belief in this note that Michael himself would have believed it. At the time, he says he is living for us and the children - I wonder if he really got past that at all ?
