I have looked once again at Michaels Tarot and I get this little fella above - except the card I received was reversed. Sorry I could not find the reversed card quickly enough so the upright version is printed.
Well, I was looking at the funeral photographs and I have been very bothered about the funeral. I dont make any bones about that. Something in the whole affair felt stiff and played out.
I am very sorry to say this - but I am an honest person. I write in honesty as much as I can, though I cannot say 100 per cent I am correct, I still see certain things that do stand out to me.
When I looked at Michaels coffin, I pulled this Devil card reversed and I knew I had a DR FASTUS situation. You may not know this but there was a film I think it was around 1967 and in this film Elizabeth Taylor starred as Helena of Troy who was an apparition in the film. The film was made based on a very old play that was added to in parts as time went along.
The synopsis is that Dr Fastus sold his soul to the devil. You can look up the story.
This overwhelming feeling I had with this card was that there was situation that just simply had to be overcome. It was like a need to get out of bad habits, bad situations and bad circumstances - to heal the soul if you wish, to escape from a very dark part of ones life.
This card is the kind of card you get when you know 'someone dodged the bullet' - thats an expression but it shows you exactly what kind of feeling is involved with it.
I have seen Michael linked with prayer and spirituality not that long ago - a spiritual guru if you like - its here somewhere in the tarot it might have been under the HEIROPHANT as I know I have seen that card. The Heirophant had the keys.
When this card is reversed it is the loosening of the bonds. It can be when someone is in a destructive relationship or chained to a situation between love and duty - even a marriage, any kind of situation that chains you when you want to be free. Addictions come under this card and undesirable situations is ones life.
By having this card reversed, one escapes those chains, one gets rid of the shackles that hold them down . I see this for Michael.
This is someone that frees themselves from all tempatations in a very big way. But this card is being forced against ones will too.
Now we have to be careful about that. But I wonder deep inside whether the situation was that Michael had to compromise - it may be something he did not want to do, something that came up. I did see this before and I have said this before. Its like the choice between the devil and the deep blue sea. I think Michael picked the deep blue sea personally.
I see everything renounced in this card. If you cant get over something sometimes you just have to take another route. Reminds me of one of my quotes that was written from one of the Marks brothers - ROOM SERVICE? get a bigger room.
Sometimes some things can be impossible to escape from and when that happens - something forces the hand.
This card reversed is seeking help to get out of a situation that is bad for us. We need healing in this card, we need curing and it cannot happen unless something forces it to occur.
It can represent a good way of thinking about the TWO WORLDS too. Though, I have to say Im not able to enlighten any of you on that. We are all loyal here are we not?
The problem with the tarot is - we are to assume and presume that what we have seen is the truth - this card shows us the breakneck situation that has been around Michael - and I just dont think we have the truth at all.
Having said that, I still think we cannot seek that truth it is something that would not help on healing processes for anyone.
This card reversed shows someone who OVERPOWERS the bad things because it is absolutely vital to do so for their own good.
When people make excessive demands upon us it becomes a chore - too much demand upsets us - sometimes critically and to the point where we have to do something about it.
Manipulative tactics around Michael have been the bane of his life - sometimes one has to take the Magicians gifts and seek a road of enlightenment. That also means to take control of your own life.
Perhaps we should consider that. There may indeed be further things in the pipeline as time evaporates, obviously I hope not but the rumours that Michaels death was for personal gain may very well come to light in a bigger way.
This card is represents Greed Abuse and emotional blackmail when that appears one can sense that those are things that need to be overthrown. If anyone has put Michael in this position I can assure you that their Karma is waiting patiently. I dont make the rules the good lord does.
Though nothing is clear here in this card - one hopes that certain things will be overcome - the past cannot be altered in any way - the future is not entirely clear. I do think someone had a very negative influence around Michael and hopefully he was sufficiently cautioned.
Overall this card is a 15 card. The number 1 and 5 - both numbers one can think of with Michael. The one is the Magicians card - that will always represent Michael in my eyes - and the number 5 is linked to his numerology put those together we have 6 which is also linked to his numerology. Reverse this card - take the number 1 away from the number 5 and you get 4 - this burial was on the 4th.
The Devil sits between Temperance and The Tower.
There is still some other unexpected news/surprise to come.
The temperance card which came before the devil card shows two sides of a family or two lots of 'company' that dont mix or cannot mix their ingredients together - it would take a lot of balancing there.
The aftermath card - the Tower would take me back to the very first card I saw about Michael way back in March and we know what happened after that - so be prepared that there could be something that comes up that might really surprise people. I dont know what that surprise is but as this card was to do with the funeral - I guess it could be something to do with that, some element of it or something related.
The Tower card is a 16 card. Add the 1 and 6 and you get that famous number 7 - hummm
The Devil card represents laughter and mirth. This card I drew for the funeral.
I hate to say it but I think there is just something we dont know. I also think that as this is a small forum and a small group, what you read here might be best to stay here for the time being as I am expecting something to occur - dont please open your wounds when I say this, let them continue to heal and lets just wait and see exactly what this surprise might be. As its linked to the Devil/pentagram/capricorn - it could be pretty strange.Personally for Michael I see this card as removal of evil forces and undesirable situations. As our concern is for him and liberation which this card offers I think we can feel fairly positive about it for life or death though I have to point out that the Devil is the card for the Lords of Matter - Matter is reversed - when Matter is reversed its not exactly visible is it.
